When playback any Dolby Format, using the Dolby Atmos Height Virtualizer allows a more immersive listening experience through a virtual surround and Atmos effect when using traditional speaker layouts, without additional surround or treble speakers.

With DTS Virtual:X you can enjoy a three-dimensional, immersive sound similar to DTS:X, but do not need treble or surround speakers. The technology supports 2-7.1.4 channel input sources for output to 2-5.1 channel speaker layouts. DTS Virtual:X works with all DTS codecs, including DTS:X

The VSX-534 supports pass-through signals for HDR10, HLG (Hybrid Log Gamma) and Dolby Vision signals. If you connect a compatible source device, you can enjoy these latest video standards on a compatible display. In addition, all HDMI ports support 4K (60p/4:4:4/24-bit), Wide Color Gamut (BT.2020) and HDCP 2.2, so you can easily upgrade to new devices and enjoy premium content such as 4K video with digital copy protection.

Create the optimal acoustic environment with the MCACC (Multi-Channel Acoustic Calibration System) from Pioneer, which has been developed with the expertise of professional recording studios. With the optimised microphone, the system automatically compensates for differences in speaker size, volume and distance and adjusts the parameters accordingly.

The VSX-534 is equipped with audio output ports for a Zone B, which allows the playback of the main zone by connecting a wireless headphone.

Stream songs from compatible devices with the integrated Bluetooth wireless technology (ver. 4.2 + LE). The VSX-534 features A2DP/AVRCP profiles with support for SBC/AAC codecs. By pressing the Bluetooth button on the front, you can start the BT function directly even when the device is in standby mode.
