Frequently Asked Questions (Bluetooth Connection)

Q1: My MP3 player cannot connect to my Bluetooth headphone/speaker. What do I need to do?

Step 1: Eliminate nearby Bluetooth interference

Make sure no other devices (phones, laptops, etc.) are paired with your headphones/speakers. Go to Bluetooth settings on your mobile phone → "Forget this device" for all paired devices. Turn off Bluetooth on other devices to avoid conflicts.

Step 2: Reset and reconnect

Reset your Bluetooth headphone/speaker (see manual). Bring it near the MP3 player (within 1 meter) and try pairing again.

Q2: The MP3 player finds my Bluetooth device but does not connect.

Step 1: Unpairing and updating

On the MP3 player: Bluetooth → Paired Devices → Select your device → "Unpairing". Turn Bluetooth off and on again to update the connection.

Step 2: Repeat pairing

Hold the Bluetooth device near the MP3 player and search again. Repeat the process 2-3 times if necessary. (Note: If the problem still cannot be resolved, we can perform a firmware update for you).

Note:

Automatic Bluetooth connection function

To save power, the automatic Bluetooth connection function is automatically disabled 5 minutes after turning on the device. If you need a Bluetooth headset with automatic connection, please connect it as soon as possible after switching on.

Random playback:

1. Turn on the MP3 device and select "Music".

2. Select a song and play it.

3. Press the setting button. The repeat function is displayed.

4. Press the button and select "Random Play".
